Established more than 50 years ago, Nor-Shipping is now a weeklong, activity-filled maritime event that attracts key maritime industry visitors from across the world. The presence of leading representatives from the entire maritime value chain makes Nor-Shipping a recognized arena for strategic deal making and networking. The theme for 2013 is ‘Next generation shipping’.

The Nor-Shipping exhibition showcases some 22,000 square meters of the best and latest in maritime technology, services and solutions spread across six halls. An easy-to-navigate layout featuring national pavilions, industry segments and “theme parks” optimizes the experience for both exhibitors and visitors. Building on the success of its first-ever offshore conference in 2011, Nor-Shipping will again host Agenda Offshore on June 5, signifying the importance of the maritime industry as it increasingly moves offshore to service the oil and gas industry.
